WELCOME—We are glad you joined us today! This morning continues our sermon series: The Good Life. This morning’s sermon will discuss the climate of sexuality in our culture today. Please remember, Preschool (birth-PreK) and Children’s Ministry (K-5) offer separate worship opportunities during this service time. Join us as we celebrate the Baptisms of Jason & Shannon Shanks in the 11 am service. Please share the enclosed Christmas Worship cards with family, friends and neighbors. Each week of Advent will have a unique worship focus and special guests (details of each service on the card). The Advent season is an ideal time to invite people to worship, and we challenge you to use these cards for that purpose. Don’t miss this opportunity to share Christ this Christmas.

MOMS INC Don’t miss our next Moms INC meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 6! Alison Robinson will speak on the impossible expectations we are trying to live up to - expectations from ourselves or the world. To try to live up to these high standards we create a version of ourself we let the world see, hoping no one notices that we are in fact not enough. We will learn how we can instead live in grace as our true self, rooted in Christ, because He is enough for us. Meetings are on the first Tuesday of each month in room C-23. Childcare available by contacting Cindy Barksdale by Thursday, Dec. 1.  MORE INFORMATION • doubleoakcc.org/momsinc CHILDCARE RSVP • CINDY BARKSDALE • [email protected]
