SUBURB DETAILS Te Atatu Peninsula Te Atatu Peninsula is currently undergoing a development boom. It has been referred to as late as "the next Point Chevalier". The Peninsula greets you with expansive green space and sweeping views of the Waitemata Harbour. Yet you're still only 15 minutes from central Auckland, close enough without being too close. With a great community feel, the Peninsula is becoming increasingly popular with families and young couples seeking to purchase their first home.
