WHEN COMPARING PROPERTIES When comparing property, we like to put all comparable properties into one of three categories, Superior, Similiar and Inferior. Providing you with a guide of how your property sits alongside recent sales.

SUPERIOR A larger and more modern home, more features such as swimming pools, larger section additional bedrooms, higher-end appliances, more sort after area. And may have development potential.

SIMILAR The closest comparable to your property in terms of features, floor size and property condition. May have a larger section so this could adjust the comparable price.

INFERIOR A smaller property, or a property that needs renovating, may have dated interior decor and be lacking a modern kitchen and bathrooms. May have a larger section.

SUBURB DETAILS Te Atatu Peninsula Te Atatu Peninsula is currently undergoing a development boom. It has been referred to as late as "the next Point Chevalier". The Peninsula greets you with expansive green space and sweeping views of the Waitemata Harbour. Yet you're still only 15 minutes from central Auckland, close enough without being too close. With a great community feel, the Peninsula is becoming increasingly popular with families and young couples seeking to purchase their first home. Given the proximity to motorways, Auckland CBD, West Coast beaches and Vineyards, the suburb offers many activities, excellent schools and is family-friendly.

But Te Atatu Peninsula is also a suburb undergoing major changes with the new developments, both private and Kāinga Ora social housing – they are popping up in pockets all over the Peninsula.
