Full water-based fair-faced concrete protection coating system
CERAMI CRETE SYSTEM
The system is comprised of newly developed water-based, penetrating, water absorption preventive primer, CERAMI CRETE PRIMER and super durable water-based acrylic silicone resin clear, or super durable, dirt resistant, water-based fluorine resin clear. CERAMI CRETE PRIMER provides water absorption preventive layer and excellent sealing effect. With excellent prevention of water absorption, permeability and weather resistance, the system prevents efflorescence, carbonation, and protects fair-faced concrete under severe conditions over a long period of time.

Suitable Substrates Fair-faced concrete (can not be applied on moulding boards, GRC panels and PC panels) * Suitable application area is unpainted or the substrate on which penetrating, water absorption preventive material is applied. When a film forming clear finish is applied on the substrate, please make inquiries to the nearest sales office.
* For CERAMI CRETE F system, mid-coat process will be added.

Final curing
Dry the surface completely to bring water content to a maximum of 10% and pH to 10 or less. Completely remove any powder, efflorescence, panel releasing(removing) agent, dirt and dust, and make good of unevenness, irregularities, and scratches.

*1 For CERAMI CRETE PRIMER, adjust the number of coats depending on the absorption of substrate. Especially, in case of high absorption, make sure to apply the second coat. Please contact the nearest sales office for more details. In case of following conditions after the first coat, the second coat is required. (The consumption is 0.20-0.26 kg/m² in total and the interval in process shall be 3-24 hours. )

1) There is no gloss on the painted surface. 2) Wet look is appeared when putting water 3 hours after the application. *2 Two coats are required depending on the absorption of substrate. Please contact the nearest sales office for more details. *3 It is available in gloss and 30% gloss finish. *4 Apply the second coat to make the colour darker. The consumption is 0.26-0.30 kg/m² in total and the interval in process shall be more than 3 hours.
