EB-3 U.S. Work Order General Labor (EB-3 Visa Unskilled Labor positions)

This work order (agreement) is made as of this, May 23, 2017 and will constitute an agreement between CAMPANA TECHNOLOGY, INC. with its principal place of business 1457 E PARKER ST, BAXLEY, GA, 31513-9101, USA (the “Employer”) and CN Global Partners Ltd Company, with his principal place of business at 301 Sea Island Rd Suite 6, St Simons Island GA 31522 (the “placement agent”), to recruit qualified foreign workers for employment in association with agencies in Asia/Indonesia as necessary. “Employer” agrees to sponsor foreign workers for employment pursuant to EB-3 visa program of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1990, and applicable laws and regulations of the U.S. Department of Labor. This “agreement” is for period of five (5) years, unless terminated or extended by agreement of the parties. “Placement Agencies offer of employment is based upon the employee’s commitment to work for a minimum duration of twelve (12) months with a salary at the prevailing wage for the job description below, as determined by the U.S Department of Labor. Position: Helpers- Production Worker. “All parties to this agreement” understands that the employment relationship between the “Employer” and the foreign-sourced employees will be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United States and the State of Georgia. “Employer” agrees to apply for the Labor Certificate for the sponsored foreign workers above, provide Evidence for “Ability to Pay” wages for desired requested workers and conduct the PERM process at the sole expense of the “Employer” This “agreement” may be terminated at will by either party with one hundred eighty (180) days written notice to either party. However, Employer in event of termination, agrees to continue to sponsor and offer employment to any foreign worker for whom a labor certification has been submitted.
