ABOUT THE ORGANIZER The Philippine Association of Water Districts, Inc. or PAWD (pa-wad) is the umbrella organization of all duly organized water districts (WDs) in the Philippines. VISION PAWD is a leading partner in providing sustainable, affordable and safe water and sanitation for all. It is a dynamic, responsive, and reliable leader in the water industry, providing all its stakeholders with quality, efficient, and relevant products and services. MISSION PAWD commits itself to promoting self-reliant water districts in the country. It is dedicated to advocate and promote pertinent policies, standards and programs to ensure effective and sustainable water district operations and collaborations in the country.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. All reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Submit the signed participation contract to [email protected], copy furnish [email protected]. 2. Settle the amount of Php. 30,000.00 as non-refundable down payment within (3) three days after receiving the confirmation of the association. Full payment must be made on or before Wednesday, February 6, 2019. Send the clear copy of your deposit slip (down payment) to [email protected] with email subject: 2019 convention (name of your company).

4. Additional booth requirements must be arranged, on a personal account basis, with MSD Godspeed Exhibits Corporation—the official contractor of the organizers. (see contact for details)

3 5. Neither PAWD nor the venue assumes any responsibility for the protection and safety of

exhibitors, their exhibition representatives, agents or employees, for the protection of exhibits or other property secured or removed after hours and placed in safekeeping. Any guard service, security room, or other protective measures that PAWD may take shall be deemed to be purely gratuitous on its part, and PAWD shall have no responsibility for the effectiveness or failure of such measures or for the conduct of personnel there.
