Atlanta Airport Parking Parking for passengers with disabilities is available in all Airport parking areas, including Hourly, Daily, Economy and Park-Ride lots. Upon entering the parking lot please follow highly visible directional signage, which reflects the standard symbol for disabled individuals. These signs guide passengers with disabilities to the designated parking spaces. Passengers with disabilities are encouraged to use our Airport “Park-Ride” facility, which offers convenient service to the domestic terminal building. A free shuttle bus service, which is wheelchair accessible for people who are physically challenged, will pick up passengers at their vehicle and quickly take them to the curbside check-in. Also, high-top vans over 8-feet are encouraged to park in our surface "Park-Ride" lots. Upon returning to Hartsfield-Jackson, “ParkRide” customers are picked up at the Ground Transportation Center. “Park-Ride” parking rates are: $1 per hour; $9 per day.
Restrooms All restroom facilities are fully equipped for wheelchair access. Four sets of “Men/Women” restrooms are located on each concourse. One set is located at either end while two sets are centrally located on each concourse.Two sets are located in the Airport's Atrium. A unisex restroom for those traveling with an attendant is located at Gate T-11, A-8, C-11, D-5, and D-31.
ATL Airport Customer Service Customer Service Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport's Customer Service office is open to handle passengers' questions, comments and/or concerns. The airport has more than 150 members of our customer service and volunteer staff are conveniently located throughout the Airport to provide assistance when necessary. Most of the customer service staff are bilingual and are essential in the Airport's mission to be the world's best airport by exceeding our customer's expectations. ATL Airport Security Security for Carry-Ons (TSA Information) 3-1-1 for carry-ons = 3 ounce bottle or less (by volume); 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each passenger can bring. The 3 oz. container size is a security measure. Consolidate bottles into one bag and X-ray separately to speed screening. Be prepared. Each time TSA searches a carry-on it slows down the line. Following 3-1-1 will ensure a faster and easier checkpoint experience. 3-1-1 is for short trips. If not sure, put your liquids in checked luggage. Declare larger liquids. Medications, baby formula and food, breast milk, and juice are allowed in reasonable quantities exceeding three ounces and are not required to be in the zip-top bag. Declare these items for inspection at the checkpoint. Come early and please be patient. Heavy travel volumes and the enhanced security process may mean longer lines at security checkpoints. Global Entry Program The Global Entry Program expedites the movement of frequent international air travellers. The program allows members to enter the United States more quickly by using automated kiosks located in the U.S. arrivals area at Hartsfield-Jackson. Fingerprint biometric technology is used to verify a registered member and confirm status. It’s fast! It’s easy! It’s convenient! Participation in the Global Entry Program, sponsored by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, is voluntary. Only U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents with no criminal record are eligible to apply for this convenient service.
