Make Eating Easy Living on Campus Choose between the All Access Meal Plan or the Silver Meal Plan. Both of these great options can fit your busy lifestyle, while still allowing the ultimate flexibility. All unused meals from the Silver Meal Plan roll over once (from fall to spring) per academic year.

New Greek Members Students that are a new member of a Greek community or are currently an active Greek member living on campus will have the Essential Meal Plan. Once you have joined and your Greek house has contacted Bama Dining, you will be downgraded to the Essential Meal Plan. Please note, it is the student’s responsibility to check his/her account for the switch between plans. Not enough meals? No worries! Upgrade to any other meal plan at any time.

Commuting to Campus Whether you are looking to eat every day while on campus or just one or two meals a week, our commuter plans have you covered. Remember, you can always choose any meal plan that fits your schedule, but our commuter plans tend to fit best for a commuter student with limited classes on campus.

Mobile Ordering Looking for your meals on the go? Bama Dining is now offering mobile order and pick up from our residential and retail dining locations. Use your meal plan, Dining Dollars, Bama Cash, or credit/debit card to order your meals to go. Download the app (Transact Mobile Ordering) today and search for Bama Dining. It’s just that simple!

Where To Use Your Meal Plan LAKESIDE Dining Hall

What’s The Difference? Convenience is key. Dining Dollars and Bama Cash are all on your Action Card. Dining Dollars All undergraduate students enrolled in nine on-campus credit hours or more will particpate in the Dining Dollars Program. The Dining Dollars fee of $350 is charged to the student account automatically once the criteria is met each semester. Dining Dollars may be used at any location on campus that serves food (including most vending), on-campus food trucks and at participating off-campus partners. Bama Cash Bama Cash is an optional debit account through the Action Card Office that students can use for food, groceries, laundry, gas, books, supplies, vending and more at participating on and off-campus locations. Visit actcard.ua.edu for more inormation.
