Major References Burj Al Arab - Dubai
The Grand Mosque - Abu Dhabi
Located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the Burj Al Arab is easily identified by its sail-shaped silhouette. Repeatedly voted the world’s most luxurious hotel, this magnificent hotel sits on a man-made island connected to main land through a bridge. The hotel is managed by the Jumeirah Group and despite its size the Burj Al Arab holds only 28 double-story floors which accommodate 202 bedroom suites.
The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is the biggest mosque in the United Arab Emirates. The building complex covers an area of more than 12 hectares and can accommoate 40,000 worshippers. There are four minarets on the four corners that rise about 107 m in height. The courtyard, with its floral design, measures about 17,000 m2 and is considered to be the largest example of marble mosaic in the world.
City Center Shopping Mall - Fujairah
Burj Khalifa - Dubai
City Centre Fujairah is a shopping mall located in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, developed by Majid Al Futtaim Properties in partnership with Fujairah Investment Establishment. The mall has 34,000 sqm of retail space and includes a Carrefour hypermarket with 8,684 sqm, 24 international food & beverage outlets, and a 13-unit food court. The mall is also home to 11 VOX Cinemas and Magic Planet Family Entertainment Center.
Located in Dubai, Burj Khalifa with its 154 usable floors is the tallest artifical structure in the world standing. Rising to a height of 829.8 m; Burj Khalifa designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill of Chicago, Burj Khalifa is the centerpiece of a mixed use development that would include several office buildings, hotels and residences. The design of Burj Khalifa features a triple-lobed footprint, an abstraction of the Hymenocallis flower.

Dubai International Airport is the primary airport serving Dubai and is the world’s busiest airport by international passenger traffic. Situated in the Al Garhoud district, the airport consists of 3 terminal buildings and concourses, an expo center with 3 large exhibition halls, a major aircraft maintenance hub and a flower centre to handle perishable goods. The airport celebrated its 50th anniversary in October 2010.

Dubai Tram - Dubai
The Dubai Metro is a driverless, fully automated metro rail network in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Two lines - The Red Line and Green Line - are currently operational, with three further lines planned. These first two lines run underground in the city centre and on elevated viaducts elsewhere. Dubai Metro operates a total of 49 stations on a 74.6 Kms stretch.
The Dubai Tram is a tramway located in Al Sufouh, Dubai. The runs for 14.5 kilometers along Al Sufouh Road from Dubai Marina to the Burj Al Arab and the Mall of the Emirates. The tramline serves 11 stations and interchanges with Jumeirah Lakes Towers Station and Dubai Marina Station of the Dubai Metro’s Red Line. Dubai Tram is also first tramway project outside Europe to be powered by ground-based electric supply system.

The Dubai Mall
Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is the result of a partnership agreement signed in 2006 between Mubadala Development Company and Cleveland Clinic. Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi houses five clinic floors, three diagnostic and treatment levels and thirteen floors of critical and acute inpatient units totaling 364 beds. Additional space has been incorporated for operational and support departments, retailers, a conference center and a clinical simulation center.
The Trust Tower - Abu Dhabi
The Dubai Mall is the world’s largest shopping mall based on total area and fourteenth largest by gross leasable area. It is part of the 20-billion-dollar Downtown Dubai complex, and includes 1,200 shops. It also has a 250-room luxury hotel, 22 cinema screens plus 120 restaurants and cafes. The Mall has over 14,000 parking spaces across 3 car parks, with valet services and a car locator ticketing system.
DWC-Al Maktoum International Airport - Dubai
The Trust Tower is one of the tallest office towers in Abu Dhabi. Designed by Foster + Partner, Trust Tower offers 59 levels and 72,000 square meters of office space the tower boasts the latest in building technology including an intelligent facade that controls light levels into the building for cooling purposes. Featuring a total of 60,000 DALI points and 36,000 DALI light fittings, the huge tower is home to one of the largest DALI installation in the world.
Al Maktoum International Airport is Dubai’s second airport in Jebel Ali. It is the main component of the Dubai World Central, a planned residential, commercial and logistics complex. Fully operational this airport will be the world’s largest global gateway with capacity for more than 160 million passengers per year. It will also serve as a multi-modal logistics hub for 12 million tonnes of freight.

Al Zeina is Aldar’s mixed-use development located in the world famous Al Raha Beach master development. Only minutes from Yas Island, Ferrari World and Saadiyat Island, Al Zeina is a residential and retail development built over 7 “precincts” with a total of 1,221 units.
The Wild Wadi Water Park is an outdoor water park in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Situated in the area of Jumeirah, next to the Burj Al Arab and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, the water park is operated by Jumeirah International, a Dubai-based hotelier. A highlight of the park is an 18 m (59 ft) waterfall that goes off every ten minutes. The water park also has two gift shops, three restaurants and two snack stands.
Madinat Jumeirah - Dubai
Sheikh Khalifa Specialist Hospital - Ras Al Khaimah
Madinat Jumeirah is a luxurious 5 star resort in Dubai and is also the largest resort in the emirate, spreading across over 40 hectares of landscapes and gardens. It is designed to resemble a traditional Arabian town. The resort comprises two boutique hotels (Al Qasr and Mina A’Salam) and a courtyard of 29 summer houses called Dar Al Masyaf.
The 248-bed, 699,700 sq ft Sheikh Khalifa Specialist Hospital in Ras Al Khaimah is part of President H.H.Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s support for development of infrastructure in remote regions in the UAE. The 6-storey hospital is built to international standards and houses wards for cancer and cardiovascular disease in addition to an emergency unit.
