PROPOSED SANITARY UTILITIES SHALL CONFORM TO THE ACTUAL LOCATION, DEPTH AND INVERT ELEVATION OF ALL EXISTING PIPES AND STRUCTURES AS VERIFIED BY THE CONTRACTOR. ALL SLOPES FOR HORIZONTAL DRAINAGE SHALL MAINTAIN 1% UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. SIZE OF WATER SUPPLY PIPES TO FIXTURES SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL EXISTING UTILITIES AT THE SITE, COORDINATE THE WORKS WITH THE SEWER LINE EFFLUENT DISPOSAL POINTAND WATER LINE SERVICE CONNECTING POINT, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. ALL FIXTURES SHALL BE VERIFIED, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. THE INVERT OF THE INLET PIPE OF A SEPTIC TANK SHALL BE AT A LEVEL NOT LESS THAN 50.8mm (2") ABOVE THE INVERT OF THE OUTLET PIPE. NO SEPTIC TANK SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED UNDER THE BUILDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NATIONAL PLUMBING CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES. ALL PIPE SIZE ARE IN MILLIMETERS/INCHES AND ALL DIMENSIONS ARE IN METERS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. MINIMUM SEWAGE PIPE SIZE SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS: SOIL PIPE WASTE PIPE VENT PIPES DOWNSPOUT ALL PLUMBING INSTALLATION INCLUDED HEREIN SHALL BE UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF A DULY REGISTERED AND LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER/ SANITARY ENGINEER. THE DESIGNED/CONSTRUCTED SEPTIC TANK MUST BE DESLUDGE ONCE EVERY 3-5 YEARS.
