Project Delivery Services For major projects, CSI appoints a team to plan, organise, secure and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. With substantial experience in the construction and outfitting of correctional centres, CSI delivers successful outcomes for all its clients.
CSI has a proven background in the field of project management. Involvement in large scale projects such as the construction of correctional centre perimeter fencing and infrastructure plus major office installations for government departments over the past 25 years is testimony to this. CSI’s key project management responsibilities include not only building the project requirements, but logistics and installation. In relation to projects such as perimeter fencing or office, workplace and furniture fit outs, CSI Project Managers have the ability that comes from a background in major infrastructure projects to determine and implement the exact needs of the client. This ability of the team to understand the various internal procedures of clients, and to form close links with that organisation’s nominated representatives, is essential in ensuring that the key issues of cost, time, quality and above all, client satisfaction, will be realised. The geographical distance aspects of the project in relation to NSW won’t be an issue. CSI has successfully completed a major correctional installation in the Pacific region. Project Managers on-site will supervise all deliveries, construction and fit out.

Quality promotional products for gifts and awards
CSI Corporate Gifts CSI sources quality products that will enhance your image, whether you are looking for elegant executive gifts, presents for associates, or recognising employees who work in your organisation. Gifts from CSI’s Creative Work Centres are sought after due to their handcrafted designs. Indigenous inmates at the Girrawaa and Nurra Warra Umer Creative Work Centres produce a range of artefact and craft items, dot painted in the traditional method. Framed boomerangs are a popular choice for an award. An engraved plaque can be placed under the glass. The purpose of the centres is to foster the development of Indigenous creativity in prison. It also provides new hope that offenders will develop their own cultural and personal identity. The success of the centres is evident in the enthusiasm demonstrated by the artists. Work of a very high standard is being produced as reiterated by Indigenous artists who visit the Creative Work Centres to conduct art classes. Visit the CSI website csi.nsw.gov.au and view our online Corporate Gifts Catalogue.
