Message from passenger Abhay Parande travelled ob QR560/25Aug: Here by I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Prachi Koli who has provided me with excellent customer service with great composure, commitment and sincerity along with her colleague Dinesh Sharma at the check in counter at Chatrapati Shivaji International airport Mumbai, while taking flight from Mumbai to London via Doha on 25th Aug morning (Flight QR 560).
Really appreciated for the hard work, support & ample guidance by Mr. Chanakya and Fernandes at Mumbai airport and the guy who was helping with the luggage.
She and her colleague were sensitive, understanding and professional at the same time.
I would like to highlight the exceptional performance and support of the Baggage makeup team on flight BA138/12Sep - led by BMA supervisor - Devendra Mahindrakar along with his team : K Gupta/ R Jaiswar / R.P Yadav / C.Sukhadare / S. Kadam / Z.A Shaikh / M. Kalim and K .Pol . We received a security alert after check-in commenced which stated that all registered hold baggage received vide inline screening would need to be re-screened at the MIAL stand-alone machine at the baggage makeup area. Devendra and his team were very well coordinated to ensure the above process was followed in challenging conditions and ensured that the delay was kept to a minimum. Thank You! and Well Done!!

I would like to place on record my appreciation for CelebiNas staff Farook and Rahul for their efforts on flight BA138/03Sep. We had a film group of 55 customers with 183 bags. Farook and Rahul were extremley proactive right from the word go. They coordinate extremely well and ensured all necessary clearances from customs were obtained in time. They made sure to have a proper set up area for the group which helped in seamless check-in. In addition, they also helped resolve last min level 4 bags and simultaneously managed other areas of operation to ensure a safe and secure departure despite late arrival. Special mention to porters Patkar and Kalim to assist with handling of 183 bags including 38 bags for OOG. Also, Affan coordinated extremely well with authorities on arrival regarding the new MCGM process and was present throughout to assist customers. Overall a great team effort!!

Commendation for DEL PSM: Trust you are doing well. I am writing in, to extend my appreciation for Salvin’s great work done, in the last few weeks on Qatar Airways flights in Delhi. While we increased flights with very short notice, the team was struggling to handle and close check in and boarding on time. Salvin extended extra hours to monitor and streamline the issues for a two weeks duration. His presence was very helpful and his Management skills was evident in managing the situation On Behalf of Qatar Airways, I would like to thank him for the dedication and presence during our operations.

We are always exchanging emails on our operational matters.......But here I wanted to express our gratitude to the entire CelebiNas team for their contribution in these difficult and challenging times. I am also reminded of one of the many things that did not change , the spirit of Ground Handling support by the CelebiNas Mumbai. Regardless of the many changes brought by the Pandemic they continue to display undeterred commitment towards our flight operations. To be very honest , It is really commendable to see how you organize team building and inspire the team members to move forward and as leaders always reward and recognize their team and create strong connections with their employees that promotes , respect and support higher retention levels. I specifically want to mention that Mr Saurabh Dalvi , Mr Ramesh Raut and Mr Sohel Khan have been a tremendous support for AirAsia operations at any point in time. Mr Saurabh has always been a quick responder and whenever there are operational challenges, he always does a deep analysis on those challenges and comes out with the right solutions. CelebiNas Mumbai always sets high standards and safe operations in terms of best ground handling service provider. I was also excited to see the digitalization of service form where none of the other ground handling agencies have not taken that initiative. Highest AVIP sale at counters :- Ms Shabnam & Ms Namiksha They are very active at the check-in counters and engaging with the guests for an ancillary sale. Displayed a great efficiency on counter sale as you all know that in the current situation generating an additional revenue is great support for the company. Hope they continue to keep up the good work. Best Guest Interaction - NPS :- Mr Siddiqui Afaaq & Ms Suganya. They have shown exceptional customer handling and they are very enthusiastic and energetic in their approach which supports the best NPS score for the station. I was aware that Initially the celebi J9 dedicated team would be having their work cut out for them, obviously thats due to all new procedures and too many checks on each pax. Post covid start up flights were like pulling the teath for all of them but these wonderkids made it a no-brainer that was lit. They have struggled a bit to over come the starting challenges and hiccups. But eventually the tenacious team effort were fabulous Infact the team have given their blood, sweat and tears into it to make sure no monday blue could stop their progression and to make sure there is zero zippo zilch errors. And then from the next moment to until now I was almost struck to see the marvelous team work that made me to say that they sold me for considering them as my favorite team. The line between strong leadership and bossing, between discipline and vindictiveness is very fine, but it has to be drawn, take my word Ms.TEENA was exemplary for that. I believe strong mentorship will lead her to the success. ANANTHU, JASIR, SAJNA, HANNA, ANOOB, VISHAK, JINI, AND TEENA. You guys are the real champs. Also I would like to thanks to each staff who came up for helping hands from other teams. Last but not least the leading pioneers SREEJITH, THOMAS, BENCY, RENJITH, MATHEW & JACKSON. I would like share that Rakesh did a good job conducting G-19 aircraft visual damage checks before positioning any GSE. Rakesh noticed a damage around the toilet panel and immediately shared this information to the BA TRC. The TRC notified the duty engineer who managed to complete the necessary work and flight departed safely. Rakesh who were assigned for the task was diligent with his work. He has embraced ‘ BA Safe and Secure always’ hallmark and our sincere ‘THANK YOU’ goes to him Kindly share our appreciation with staff member. Well done Rakesh, keep up the good work.

I would like share that Yogesh & Arun have stopped a damaged AKE that was delivered by cargo to the aircraft for loading, Both Yogesh and Arun have carried out their AKE damage checks and identified the damage. This was shared with the TRC on ground and the AKE with Cargo was offloaded. Both the members who were assigned for the task were diligent with their work. Sarju Bhatnagar-Director I would like to highlight the exceptional performance by Redcap Sameer, BMA staff Roopesh and entire ramp team on BA138/20Sep. We had a situation where a decision had to be taken to ensure maximum cargo uplift as a result of which 3 editions of LIR were issued with last one at - 25 to departure. There were last minute changes required to be done in loading and quick updates required to be sent to CLC in order to assess the weight available to accept standby AKEs and avoid no-fits however Sameer took it upon himself and ensured that he had all ULDs loaded within the given time frame despite challenges faced due torrential rains. All of this was done through sheer proactiveness and most importantly keeping safety in mind. I would like to thank Sameer and entire ramp celebi team for their dedication and teamwork.

Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank your staff Mr Basvanthappa BMA supervisor and especially the Loaders who were assigned for BMA for the BA118/ 24th Sep 21. Mr Basvanthappa and team were very quick in performing their duties, there was a lot of confusion and challenge due to X-ray machine break down, but the loaders did an excellent Job inspite of being tired .With Continuous hard work and excellent coordination we managed to close our BMA in time without any hindrances. On behalf of Aeroflot, we would like to appreciate and recommend Rishab Kolhi (who works in arrival for our flights) for the amazing work he has been doing. His self-motivation, dedication and professionalism has been greatly appreciated even by the Russian Managers. His work ethic is a testament of the fact that he is wanted on all flights. Rishab is a person who always is willing to go above and beyond and a recent incident which happened today is a reflection of that. Today Rishab helped in connecting 01 Nepalese passenger who was on EC and was denied clearance by immigration and Air India.Rishab with his efforts communicated with the embassy and assisted the passenger by getting him connected to Royal Nepal. Once again Aeroflot would like to appreciate his work ethic, attitude and professionalism and hoping he continues to work like he does. I hope even Celebi recognises his efforts and appreciate him for his diligence and contribution.

Farewell Message: It’s time to say Goodbye to Mumbai & resume work back in Colombo. It has come to the end of 03 lovely years of posting in BOM as Station Manager. Specially working in an Indian State which is more significant in passenger diversity & one of the main business strategic city our alma matter flies in. CelebiNas & Srilankan Airlines in Mumbai, together we went through happy, enjoyable, anxious, agonizing and at times sad moments. Yet we held together emerged happier and stronger as a team even during the Pandemic. It is indeed a pleasure to be a part of such an amazing team. A Big Thank you for the PSA team lead by Ankith, Zeeshan, Ashish, Hamza, Vaishali, Shrutika, Ayub, Samadan, Saleem, Tejas, Midun. This team was a blessing. They were workaholic & well-mannered. Ramp team was superlative. Red caps, Equipment Operators, loading staff, cleaning teams all were energetic & focused. Thank you CelebiNas for providing excellent services to our customers. As discussed in the MOM, I would like to thank Ashish and Motiram for the flight handling on 19th/20th Sep. The Cargo warehouse was packed and not much was being processed and there was a shortage of pallet dollies. Both have them have push themselves with the Can-do Spirit and got things managed in time.
