Act with integrity, competence, dignity and in an ethical manner when dealing with investors, portfolio companies and fellow employees. Ensure fairness and objectivity in all activities. Treat fellow employees, colleagues, contractors and visitors in a cooperative, fair, dignified, professional and open manner, consistent with the principles of fair treatment and non-discrimination; Use reasonable care and exercise independent professional judgment. Respect and protect the right of privacy of all people, including coworkers, clients, contributors, and beneficiaries. Not knowingly participate or assist in any violation of the laws and regulations which apply to aMoon. Comply with all Company Policies and Procedures and relevant statutory regulations. Not engage in any professional conduct involving dishonesty, deceit or fraud. Be truthful not make any statements that misrepresent aMoon. Promote public confidence in the Fund Always act for the benefit of aMoon. Strive to meet performance standards at the highest possible level. Not solicit gifts, hospitality or benefits from investors, business partners, portfolio companies or other external party, and must not accept or give any gift, hospitality, or benefits that is likely to influence the commercial decision making of the receiver of the gift. Disclose to aMoon all matters that reasonably could be expected to interfere with their duty to the fund or ability to make unbiased and objective recommendations, including, for an example, beneficial ownership of securities or other investments related. Ensure that any transactions for aMoon shall have priority over personal beneficial transactions. Avoid any personal transactions that may impact adversely on the company's interests. Safeguard non-public information about the fund, the investors and the portfolio companies. Encourage growth and self-improvement in yourself and your co-workers. Exhibit respect for co-workers, clients, and any other contacts. Treat investors with objectivity and fairness, avoiding even the appearance of favoritism.

Reporting of breaches of this code. 1. Employees and Directors must immediately report any breaches of this policy to the compliance officer. 2. Reporting breaches of this policy is an important element of ensuring that this policy is effective. The confidentiality of any person reporting any breach (or suspected breach) will be respected and employees and directors.

Valuation Privacy

IT & Electronic Communications The Fund encourages the use of electronic communications and provides an email address to its employees and directors. The email is hosted and supported by Google. Employees must use the Fund’s email in all work-related matters. Email accounts should not be considered the property of the individual user who is assigned an account. Anyone who has a communication intended for distribution to the entire investors community requires the approval and review the Managing Partner or Chief Legal Counsel. Chain letters, obscene messages, harassing messages, and unsolicited political messages are prohibited. Email that violates any Fund policy or is otherwise used for an illegal purpose is prohibited. Record Keeping & Documents Destruction the Fund shall keep proper and complete books of the signed subscription agreement and of account, which will allow the preparation of the Fund's Financial Reports, in accordance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The General Partner shall cause all such books of account to be kept for a minimum of 5 years from the date on which they are prepared. These books and records shall at all times be maintained at the principal office of the Fund, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, shall be maintained in electronic format. Advertising Advertisement by the Company is subject to prior approval by the Director of Communication, CLO and VP Finance and one of the partners.

“Advertisement” means any written communication addressed to more than one person or any notice or announcement in any publication or by radio or television which offers any analysis, report or publication regarding the fund, investors or portfolio company, as directed to, otherwise sent to, or made available (via a website or otherwise). 1. The Fund must not use specific recommendations about securities in Advertisements including any graph, chart, formula or other device for making securities decisions. 2. Performance data must be presented fairly and in a non-misleading manner. A.4. Any Advertisement regarding a portfolio company must receive the portfolio company’s approval prior to such Advertisement. Any marketing of the Fund must be conducted in accordance with paragraph (A) above. Any offering documents or other investor communications must be reviewed by the COO. Specific Marketing Considerations 1. Use of Placement Agents and Solicitors Any placement agent for the Fund offering made in the United States to any U.S. governmental entity must: (x) (i) be a broker-dealer registered with FINRA, (ii) a SEC registered investment adviser, or (iii) a registered municipal advisor, and (y) act according to a written agreement with the Fund that includes, if applicable, pay-to-play restrictions in accordance with Rule 206(4)-5 under the Advisers Act (the “Pay-to-Play Rule”).

“Simply put, corporate compliance means having internal policies and procedures designed to prevent and detect violations of applicable law, regulations, rules and ethical standards by employees, agents and others. It involves legal risk management and internal controls.” (ethicslawyer.com (Phillip E. Johnson, Johnson & Webbert, LLP) What does compliance mean for our employees? As the Fund personnel, you are responsible for carrying out your job responsibilities in a professional, conscientious, and ethical manner, and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and policies. You are also responsible for reporting to management any actions or behaviors you believe, in good faith, violate ethical practices, law, or regulation. You may report such actions without fear of reprisal or retaliation. However, if you fail to report these violations, you may be subject to disciplinary procedures. You must cooperate in the investigation of any unethical action or illegal activity. You are responsible for seeking supervisory advice if you have doubts or are unclear about what the right action is to stay compliant. You may also request advice from the Compliance Officer. The Fund promotes professional excellence and encourages open and honest communication among all personnel.

Anti-Money Laundering Conflict of interest (Investment in Companies)

10bis Card

10 bite card is a magnetic card that allows employees to order meals according to the budget approved by the employer (eg NIS 25 per day or NIS 500 per month) and the charge for the meal is transferred to the employer (and is considered a tax benefit for the employee). When the price of the meal is higher than the budget set, the employee can complete it in cash or give a standing order to charge the excess amount on his credit card. The Bessen Service is linked to more than 5,000 restaurants throughout the country. The Amon Trust grants every employee in the fund a credit card, A. 50 NIS for lunch order.

B. NIS XX for ordering dinner, starting at 19:30 for employees who stay at the fund's offices late. The employee will be charged his monthly salary at the tax value for actual use of the card. The fund's administrative staff sometimes makes centralized orders for employees and will be happy to help guide how to use the card.
