For any required Changes, either Fama Universal or Basementality can make a Change proposal. The impact of the same will be worked out by Basementality and will be communicated to Fama Universal. Based on Fama Universal’s approval the same will be incorporated in the task under consideration. Basementality will not commence the work under Change without first having written approval of Fama Universal over the Change Proposal. In case Basementality is required to perform for the Change before approval of the Change Proposal, Basementality shall be entitled to invoice Fama Universal at such rates as may be stated in the Change Proposal. The Change proposal will outline the Change being effected, time scales to implement the same, additional cost and payment schedule details.

Acceptance Criteria • Fama Universal will provide Sign-Off on the ‘Design Requirement Document’ once it is delivered to Fama Universal . Sign-off will be considered as acceptance criteria for base-lining the requirements and initiating of subsequent phases of Project (viz: Design and Development) • Basementality’s team will provide Fama Universal with ‘System Test Case Document’ after ‘Requirement Analysis’ Phase. Fama Universal will need to review (and update as necessary) and provide signoff on this document within three working days after its receipt. During development, Basementality design team will trace the developed code back to ‘System Test Case Document’ and perform the testing based on this document. During UAT, Fama Universal will be expected to perform testing based on the agreed ‘System Test Case Document’. Once all the test cases are executed successfully, Basementality will consider the application and the project accepted by Fama Universal.
