INTERCELL WELDER MODEL BW-1P FULLY PROGRAMMABLE, FULLY AUTOMATIC SINGLE HEAD WELDER, DESIGNED TO BE EXACTING AND FLEXIBLE. THE BW-1 P "SUPERWELDER" IS THE CLEANEST, SAFEST, MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO WELD. Using servo motion controllers connected directly to servomotors that drives the weld head in 3 axis [x,y,z] and adjusts the battery side rails simultaneously. The welding jaws are pneumatically operated, the only proven method that can provide the fastest "follow-up" squeeze needed to give 1st class welds. The BW-1 P is never waiting for a battery to be processed. Batteries are conveyed to two weld stations, when the first battery is completed the weld head moves to the second station and at the same time a new battery is sent to the first station. This process is continually repeated on any battery ranging from 40Ah through 200Ah. The weld head Automatically rotates 90° to complete the 'Y' weld.

MODEL BW-1 P "SUPERWELDER" All production controls are at the touch of the Panel View Screen. Changing production is simple - just select the new requirement, press "enter" and all adjustments, including side rails, are made automatically. All production standards are kept in memory. No setting up required.
