Quickly Reason Surprised

1.One day I decided to __quit__ my job and to end my life. There seemed to be no _reason_ for me to __live__ any longer. I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality...everything …. I __wanted__ to quit my life. I went to the deep __woods__ to have one last talk with God “God", I asked, “Can you give me one good reason not to quit?". His answer _surprised_ me. “Look around", He said. “Do you see the _fern_ and the bamboo? “Yes", I replied. “When I __planted__ the fern and the bamboo, I took very good care of them.

2

I gave them _light_ , I gave them water. The fern _quickly_ grew from the earth. Its brilliant green _covered_ the floor. Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. In the second year the Fern grew more _vibrant_ and plentiful. And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. He said. “In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I would not quit. In year four, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. I would not quit." He said. “Then in the fifth year a tiny _sprout_ emerged from the earth. Compared to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant…But just 6 months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall. It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it _strong_ and gave it what it needed to _survive_. I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle." He asked me. “Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots".“I would not quit on the bamboo. I will never quit on you." “Don’t compare yourself to others." He said, “The bamboo had a different _purpose_ than the fern.

3

Yet they both make the forest beautiful. “Your time will come", God said to me. “You will rise high". “How high should I __rise __?" I asked. “How high will the bamboo rise?" He asked in return. “As high as it can?" I questioned. "Yes." He said, “Give me glory by __rising__ as high as you can." I left the forest and brought back this story. I hope these words can help you see that God will never give up on you. Never, never, never give up.

Use any ten words from the above grid and write a short paragraph in about 80-100 words on the topic ‘Never Give Up’. Life is a race which everyone wants to win. Let’s throw some light on the fact that life is all about trying. We should understand that everyone has different purpose to live the life. We should be strong enough to survive all the rises and lows in life and should not quit quickly upon our failures. No one has made great achievements in the first day. World famous Sachin Tendulkar did not become popular in one day. It took him lot of failures and challenges to become what he is today. Life cannot always be vibrant, we should wait with patience and “Never Give Up” until we reach what we are focusing.

I will never quit on you. Which of the following words is not the synonym of the underlined word in the sentence above? • Withdraw • Give up • Exit

My Immunization Chart Journey of my immunization from birth till date DOB - 20-01-2012 till 10-06-2022

 What is the need to get immunization periodically ? Ans – Immunizations are not just for children. Protection from some childhood vaccines can wear off over time. You may also be at risk for vaccine preventable disease due to your age, job, lifestyle, travel or health conditions. All adults need immunizations to help them prevent getting and spreading serious diseases that could result in poor health, missed work, medical bills and not being able to care for family.

 What are the harmful effects of the diseases caused in the absence of such vaccination shots ? A child’s immune system is more vulnerable without vaccinations and if it weren’t for vaccinations, many children could become ill or even die from diseases such as measles, mumps and whooping cough. We live in an increasingly global world, with increased risks around every corner.

My Vaccination Chart

Benefits of Vaccines BCG - The BCG vaccine is made from a weakened strain of TB bacteria. Because the bacteria in the vaccine is weak, it triggers the immune system to protect against the infection but does not give you TB. It provides consistent protection against the most severe forms of TB, such as TB meningitis in children. OPV0 – OPV produces antibodies in the blood ('humoral' or serum immunity) to all three types of poliovirus, and in the event of infection, this protects the individual against polio paralysis by preventing the spread of poliovirus to the nervous system.

Hepatitis B1 - Protects other people from the disease because children with hepatitis B usually don't have symptoms, but they may pass the disease to others without anyone knowing they were infected and prevents your child from developing liver disease and cancer from hepatitis B. MMR - MMR vaccine is very effective at protecting people against measles, mumps, and rubella, and preventing the complications caused by these diseases. People who receive MMR vaccination according to the U.S. vaccination schedule are usually considered protected for life against measles and rubella. TYPHOID BOOSTER - The typhoid vaccines work by stimulating your body to create antibodies (infection-fighting proteins) that prevent you getting ill if you become infected with the typhoid bacteria.
