How to add APIS. Apple Certain flights require you to provide Advanced Passenger Information (APIS). This is required by certain government border agencies. You can provide APIS information on your app as long as you are connected to the internet. 1.

If you are not logged in, please login to the app. Select the My Bookings option from the Home Page.

2. Scroll up and down to see all of your bookings. Click on View Booking

to see the detailed booking view.

Enter the booking reference to search for a specific booking

Scroll up and down to view all bookings. If there is a problem with your flight it will be highlighted with a yellow banner. Any highlighted bookings indicate that we would like you to review and possibly action a change.

3. Detailed view of your booking, if you are required to provide APIS information, the Add Travel Document Details option will be visible in the flight panel. Tap option to provide APIS information. APIS will be required for all passengers on the booking.

Tap to provide APIS information

Displays the passenger name – for which APIS is to be provided.

Tap on each entry box to provide the required information.

Tap to submit details.

4. Once fully submitted you will not be prompted to provide APIS for this

booking. Please note that it is not possible to display previously supplied APIS information.
