Letter From the Editor • The term “crazy cat person” no longer represents a caricature of an elderly spinster surrounded by felines in lieu of friends and family, but it has become a much broader idea that many can embrace. The concept has become a state of mind that is not bound by a quantity of fluffy companions and is open to individual interpretations. This ‘zine reflects the joys of being a “crazy cat person” and seeks to help others understand and embrace their unique qualities that make them who they are.
• The annual Cat's in Costumes photo competition is looking entries. Please submit pictures of your fuzzy friends in their cutest costumes to catsincostumes.com by September 10th. If selected, your cat could be featured in the special Halloween edition of Incredibly Bad Ideas! The first prize is a fully two page article about your cat and the injuries you sustained while dressing them up! Winners will be announced on September 30th.
