This flexible learning program is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to take the Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals Certification (DP-900) exam with minimal disruption to your work and life.
Career Opportunities The Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals course will prepare you for a role as a Data Administrator. With an average salary of $72,000 per year, this role will set you on the path to a professional career in Data Science. This course will also provide you with the tools you need for a career as a Data Scientist – the current average salary for such a role is $94,000 per year.
Course Structure The Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals course is completed over five weeks and includes online selfpaced modules and weekly live sessions with Microsoft Certified Trainers and industry professionals. We recommend that you set aside approximately two to three hours per week to ensure you have the depth of knowledge required to pass the exam. Enrolment Info The course requires no prerequisites; even if you are brand new to IT, with the right attitude and appetite to learn, you will be able to join the course. Successful Azure Data Fundamentals students start with some basic awareness of computing and Internet concepts, and an interest in extracting insights from data. It is an advantage to have experience using a web browser, familiarity with basic data-related concepts, such as working with tables of data in a spreadsheet, and visualizing data using charts.
