TERMS AND CONDITION FOR PAYMENT DEFAULTER

EXAMPLE BUYER PAID: Rs 50,000 during signing the agreement but failed to make the further payment. In such Case, the Developer will be entitled to terminate the agreement and to forfeit 15% of the total received amount paid hereunder.

IMPORTANT NOTE The remaining Payment after 15% Deduction will be only paid to Buyer after completion of Lock in Period.

LOCK IN PERIOD: 1 YEAR “Lock in period of 1 year will be considered from the date agreement was signed.”

Termination clause EXAMPLE If BUYER have paid any or full amount of Rs 2, 50,000/- full amount but wishes to terminate the contract before completion of the project. In such Case, the Developer will be entitled to terminate the agreement and to forfeit 15% of the total received amount paid hereunder.

OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS All other Expenses including stamp Duty and Registration : To be borne by Buyer. Nominee Clause: The Buyer hereby designates and appoints Nominee as its agent and nominee for the purpose of holding title to the Designated Properties for the benefit and thereafter acting with respect to the Designated Properties solely pursuant to Buyer’s specific authorization, and Nominee hereby accepts such designation and appointment.
