Before you browse through it, I want to briefly tell you what Braehead Foods is about. Braehead Foods exists so you and your team can continue to create great dishes and guest experiences, day after day, night after night. That’s what drives me and my team. Producing hundreds of different products including parfaits, burgers, bon bons, filled chicken breasts, wellingtons, stocks, soups and more, let us know what you require. Our products are ‘made by chefs, for chefs’ to give you peace of mind that quality and consistency are paramount. All products created by our team face rigorous testing by our Technical department and are supplied to you with nutritional and allergen information, ensuring you have all the information you require for your customers. Our development team are constantly innovating on your behalf to keep your offering up to date and on-trend. We also create bespoke products to meet your exact requirements. Stock items can be identified by an ‘S’ at the end of the product code. Out with the core stock range, all other products are available on a Day 1 for Day 5 timeframe. We encourage you to speak to us in advance regarding your requirements for special occasions and events. 8
