Then I immediately contact Doris for help. It is a Shantou booking, First customer booked delivery as Las Palmas Gran Canaria and shipped from Shantou Guangao Terminal. while after container gate out, customer changed delivery to Valencia which show there was no service export from Shantou Guangao Terminal, and customer have to change to Shantou Far East Terminal instead. The impact is: customer may not arrange container gate in successfully and may cause vessel delay and export DD may cause.

Due to no actual consignee for one of shipment (one container), so this container was hold. While, we often do business with Maersk and the goods was released. At that moment, we are facing a very difficult problem. During the national holiday, we are very grateful to Irene for her constant service to help us to apply for unlocking container, and make sure the hold container was loaded original vessel. Another terrible things was difficult for document because different vessel on 2nd/3rd vessel, Irene kept following with different parties to solve the different vessel issue and made the document ready. We really THANKS Mika Youxin Wu & Syvi XueWei Chen for the great efforts to help customer to catch up the WCRS deadline with total 15 bills by Manual SI during Saturday on-duty. When the customer missed the late gate time due to the second modification of the size, Tracy and Bella, did their best to help us, communicate with the depot, update the size
in system, and try their best to help us catch up the planning vessel, so that we could gate in terminal smoothly at the critical moment. Thank you very much indeed.
