WHAT is Transformational Leadership? 什么是变革型领导？ Transformational leadership is a leadership theory in which a leader works with teams or followers to identify required change, create a vision to execute the change through influence and inspiration.
变革型领导是一种领导理论，领导者与团队或追随者合作， 确实所需的变革，创建一个愿景，通过影响和激励执行变革。

Camp Rules 营规
General Rules 1. Arrangements by the organizer should be followed and given full cooperation. 2. Campers should strictly follow proper demeanor and attire manners. 3. Campers must be punctual for all activities and are not allowed to leave the meeting without any permission. 4. If campers encounter any questions or situations, please seek assistance from the camp committee. 5. Attendance for both days would be taken for certificate purposes.
Technical Rules 1. Devices should be checked properly before camp to ensure the smooth run later. 2. Write your full name to log in so it could be addressed. 3. Ensure good lighting and avoid distracting backgrounds, it is recommended to use solid color walls as the backgrounds. 4. When campers are not speaking or are done with their speaking, campers should keep their microphone muted. 5. Find a quiet surrounding and use headphones for a better experience.
