PROJECT ADDRESS: 133 Peachtree Street NE Atlanta, GA 30303 ATTENTION: Brent Rabren, District Manager IN REFERENCE TO: Georgia-Pacific Center Taste! Café Renovation elite|studio e thanks you for the opportunity to propose the following foodservice facility design and development package. SCOPE: The scope of this project shall include planning and specifying equipment and modifications to the interior design finishes for the Georgia-Pacific Center Taste! Café. The existing (2) salad bars are to be removed and a new single large salad bar will be designed. The remaining (5) concepts will get new food protectors with top heat/lighting, no other equipment is to be replaced. All concepts are to receive new cabinet refacing and the deli station is to have a Euro deli look. OUR SERVICES: 1. PROGRAMMING Site Visit/Existing Conditions elite|studio e will coordinate a visit to the job site to take necessary measurements and survey any existing foodservice equipment for reuse. We’ll also take a series of site photos for reference. Upon completion of the site survey, we’ll create an existing conditions plan to show the space as is.
