YBHG PROFESSOR EMERITUS TAN SRI DATO’ SRI PADUKA LORD DR. LIM KOK WING Founder & President Limkokwing University of Creative Technology With a passion for the arts since young, Tan Sri Lim Kok Wing followed his heart to pursue his chosen vocation, despite the lack of support from his parents. His began his career as an illustrator for book covers before getting his serialized comic script ABU published in the Eastern Sun newspaper for two years. In 1970, he joined global advertising firm McCannErickson, where he rose among the ranks to become the regional creative director. Five years later, he started his own advertising agency – Wings Creative Consultants – boldly venturing in an industry controlled by expatriates and multinationals. In 1998, the firm collaborated with the world’s multinational advertising agency BBDO and soared to greater heights and profits. Besides advertising, Tan Sri Lim Kok Wing was passionate about shaping young individuals in an environment of creativity and innovation. He got that opportunity after his partnership with BBDO ended in 1992, when

he established the tertiary institute that focused on creativity and innovation. Fast forward to 2002, Limkokwing was the first private college in Malaysia to be recognized as a University College before becoming a full- fledged University five years later. A well-known personality in the Education arena in Malaysia and globally, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Paduka Lim Kok Wing is recognized as the Father of Innovation in Creative Education. He has been instrumental in transforming Malaysia’s education system to greater heights and revolutionizing tertiary education across the globe through the LimKokWing brand. Thanks to his campuses and foundations across Asia, Africa and Europe, thousands of students from 165 countries have had the opportunity to obtain industrydriven education focusing on creativity and innovation.

TUAN HAJI ARIFFIN SABIRIN Founder & Chief Executive Officer Wasiyyah Shoppe Berhad Known for his exceptional academic and leadership achievement, Tuan Haji Ariffin Sabirin was awarded Student of The Year Award in 1989. Completing his tertiary education in Business Management at University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1990, he represented Malaysia in the SIF-ASEAN Fellowship Program at the National University of Singapore. Haji Ariffin began his banking career in Citibank, Kuala Lumpur in 1994. He went on to become a Senior Associate after joining the RHB Unit Trust Management Bhd. Among his notable achievements include being top Million Dollar Achiever for three consecutive years from 1995 to 1997. With his solid background in finance, Haji Ariffin then joined a law firm as a Business Development Director, specializing in developing and marketing products for Islamic estate planning.

The year 1998 was a transformational year for Haji Ariffin. After listening to a lecture about faraid, or Islamic wealth distribution, by the late Ustaz Ridhuan Awang, he was shocked to learn about the people who have a rightful claim to his assets once he passed on. This newfound knowledge found him delving deep into Islamic estate financing. In 2004, this knowledge was the foundation in which Wasiyyah Shoppe Berhad was built. Starting off with a small office in Tower 2 KLCC, the company has now expanded to an office in Kota Damansara, providing 35 estate planning services for more than 70,000 Muslims clienteles across Malaysia. Haji Ariffin aims to drive Wasiyyah Shoppe services to other markets around the world, providing a safe and secure method for Muslims to plan their estate and assets wisely.

KOLONEL BERSEKUTU (PA) DATUK HAJAH ROZZANA DATO’ HAJI RAHMAT.JP Datuk Rozzana is an inspiring individual who has changed thousands of lives through her charitable works. Her forte lies in helping people during their time of crisis. Always in the forefront, she is an expert at coordinating, organizing and ensuring assistance is given to all those affected, regardless or religion and race.

Datuk Rozzana, it is all about the willingness to share and care about people’s struggles. Starting small, she believes these small efforts will lead to a bigger path. Seeing people happy and smiling, gives her great satisfaction. She believes that a good leader does not only create many followers but produce more leaders in the community.

Datuk Rozzana has been a strong supporter of front liners, those who contracted the COVID-19, and those affected economically by the pandemic. Through the foundation Yayasan Ihsan Rakyat, she has donated tablets and SIM cards to students in the B40 category to help in their online and distance learning.

She has also been instrumental in bringing in thousands of tourists to Melaka as the Managing Director of SRT Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. No stranger to awards, Datuk Hajah Rozzana was awarded the title of Mrs Malaysia Universe 2019 Charity Ambassador and First Lady Mrs International Global 2020 for her charitable efforts. She received The BrandLaureate BrandLeadership e-Branding Awards 2020 for Inspiring Charity & Community Leadership.

Her desire to do charity was inspired by the teachings in the Quran, and believes we should race to do good for others in the community. For
