De-stress Most of the time, we face problems at work, which cause stress, and thus affect our productivity and our mood in general. So our “Blog” is delivering some tips on how to beat the negative energy that crawls on our souls whenever we face a problem at work.
• Be organized Most of the time, when there is chaos and a lot of stuff on the desk ”paper, clips, files…etc.”, you can be distracted and defocused. This causes stress and negative energy in trying to get the right thing at the right time. Organizing your office and desk helps you with allocating stuff easily and having a clear mind to work.
• Be optimistic Most employees found that their day is better when they set their mind that it is going to be a good day, so be optimistic and begin your everyday like it is a great day.
• Socialize Since you spend 8 hours or more at work, you have to communicate with the people you work with, which enhances the working environment through bonding with the people you work with; it also helps with the communication process and the team’s harmony.
Live it healthy!
A few minutes of stretching before starting work gives your muscles a signal they are about to be used and helps improve your physical function that will make you feel better and energetic!
Poor posture can easily cause back pain and over time damage, so make sure you maintain the correct sitting posture at your computer and follow these tips!

Always keep a healthy snack in your bag like oats and fruits, it’s the perfect and healthy snack that you can eat between meals; It will give you power and boost your mood!
