• The Minimum criteria for In-home is $700,000 net Delivered Commissionable Sales to qualify (Commissionable Volume excludes the delivery fee). • Books to close at 12pm on the 31st December 2021. • Provisional Figures will be announced by Friday the 14th January 2022. • Final Figures will be provided by 5pm on the 7th February 2022. • All deliveries for 2021 sales, delivered and paid after the 4th February 2022 will be taken on a case by case basis – This is solely at the discretion of the CEO and HOS. • Pending or subject to deals in the system by 12pm on the 31st December 2021, will not count towards the Minimum Criteria Qualifications.

THE MORE YOU SELL THE MORE YOU GET
On achieving the minimum Net Delivered Commissionable Sales of $700,000 (this will vary each year) by 12pm on the 31st December 2021, the qualifying consultant will earn an additional 1% over and above the $6,500 Travel Reward. Two examples:
Consultant achieved $744,000 for the year. This will result in a $6,500 plus ($44,000 x 1%) $440 resulting in $6,940 travel credits in Flight Centre Travel Club. Consultant achieved $844,000 for the year. This will result in a $6,500 plus ($144,000 x 1%) $1,440 resulting in $7,940 travel credits in Flight Centre Travel Club.

Holidays are transferable. There is no cash component or an option to cash convert. Credits within The Flight Centre Travel Club will be Valid for 24 months to book from date of issue

QUALIFICATIONS *Net volume written by the employee means the total of deals which are ‘settled’ or ‘ready for settlement’ within a calendar month, that is: • The deal is out of the cooling off period; and
• All paperwork has been received; and • The customer has received the goods. • Net volume written means the total of the deals written after cancellations, any claw backs or Sales Reversals • Net Commissionable Volume excludes any and all delivery fees • Sales that result from purchases for staff or Family & Friends are excluded from the Net Commissionable Volume • The consultant must be in good standing with the company to qualify for the Executive Club Award
