We don’t understand innovation as a simple work tool, rather as the opportunity to do something different. Vondom is a project that has created a demand where one did not exist, as well as technologies, a work system, values, a lifestyle, a culture, a brand, a concept and ultimately, a universe with its own name. None of this would have been possible without a serious commitment to innovation and creativity.
No entendemos la innovación como una simple herramienta de trabajo, más bien como la oportunidad de hacer algo diferente. Vondom es un proyecto que ha creado una demanda donde no existía, unas tecnologías, un sistema de trabajo, unos valores, un estilo de vida, una cultura, una marca, un concepto y, en definitiva, un universo con nombre propio. Starting with the question, “Why not develop design planters?”, we launched the first Vondom planters in 2008 using a minimalist line and lightweight materials. This was achieved through an innovative process known as rotational moulding. The launches at the Iberflora and Habitat Valencia fairs were a great success and made a major impact. It was a total revolution in the gardening design sector.
A partir de la pregunta “¿Por qué no desarrollar maceteros de diseño?” fue como nos aventuramos en 2008 a lanzar los primeros maceteros Vondom con una línea minimalista y de material ligero, resultado que se consiguió a través de un proceso innovador conocido como el rotomoldeo. La presentación se realizó en la feria Iberflora y en Habitat Valencia con gran éxito e impacto. Supuso una revolución total en el sector de la jardinería y la decoración de diseño.
Mr Albiñana’s restlessness continued apace, leading to another outdoor furniture collection called Jut, followed soon after by a range of lighting models. A unique concept in decor was created thanks to new materials, processes and forms not previously used in the industry.
La inquietud del Sr. Albiñana siguió creciendo y con ella nació otra colección de mobiliario exterior llamada Jut a la que poco después le siguieron modelos de iluminación. Así pues, se creó un concepto único en el mundo de la decoración gracias al material, el proceso y la forma, que representaron una novedad en el sector.

We export more than 80% of our production outside of Spain, distributing to more than 90 countries with four flagships and hundreds of exclusive points of sale. In 2014, we established two subsidiaries with showrooms, offices, logistics warehouses and teams in Shanghai and New York. The latter moved to Miami in 2016 to provide a more personalised service in the Americas.

En el año 2014 establecimos dos filiales con showroom, oficina, almacén logístico y equipo humano propio en Shanghái (China) y otra en Nueva York (Estados Unidos) la cual luego trasladamos a Miami en 2016, para dar un servicio más personalizado en estos continentes.

Then of course there is the work we do on workshops, conferences, and exhibitions with universities and engineering, design and marketing schools. All our products are the exclusive works of world-renowned designers and architects. We continually innovate by incorporating cutting-edge products into the catalogue. Our industry is on the rise. People demand style and functionality but are also seeking new materials and offerings.
Todos nuestros diseños son obras exclusivas de diseñadores y arquitectos de renombre a nivel mundial. Innovamos continuamente incorporando productos de vanguardia al catálogo. El sector está en alza, el público no solo demanda un estilo o funcionalidad, también busca nuevos materiales y propuestas.
Encouraged by these advances, Vondom continues to look for new ways to transform the market: this is how we developed a high-density polyurethane compound for use in the injection moulding production process. The first collection created through this process was Suave, pieces that can compete with indoor furniture, narrowing the borders between indoor and outdoor design even further.
Motivados por estos avances, Vondom ha continuado buscando nuevas formas de transformar el mercado y así es como desarrolló un compuesto en poliuretano de alta densidad que unió al proceso productivo en molde por inyección. La primera colección creada bajo esta premisa fue Suave, piezas que pueden competir con muebles de interior, estrechando aún más si caben las fronteras entre ambos espacios de diseño.
An important part of our success is due to the quality raw materials and additives we use in production. To achieve special effects and finishes for some of our colours, we have investigated and implemented the addition of chemical compounds, as well as unique Easy Clean segments for polyethylene that facilitate cleaning and maintenance. Recently we have been using a water-repellent treatment in polyurethane injection pieces to increase their resistance to extreme weather conditions.
Parte importante de nuestro éxito se debe a los materiales y aditivos que utilizamos en la producción, siempre materias primas de calidad. A fin de lograr los efectos y acabados especiales de algunos de nuestros colores se investigó e implantó la aditivación de compuestos químicos, así como segmentos únicos de “Easy Clean” para polietileno, facilitando la limpieza y el mantenimiento de cada pieza. Recientemente empleamos el tratamiento hidrófugo en las piezas de inyección de poliuretano a fin de aumentar su resistencia a condiciones meteorológicas extremas.

Our new production plant was built around three objectives: productivity, waste minimisation and job security. We use three different production techniques. The first is rotational moulding using polyethylene. The second is an injection system using polypropylene with glass fibre. The third technique uses flexible polyurethane foam injection. Reaching to the limits of these techniques allows us to develop innovative, strong, high-end pieces.
La nueva planta de producción se ha constituido alrededor de tres objetivos: la productividad, la minimización de desperdicios y la seguridad laboral. Utilizamos tres técnicas de producción diferenciadas comenzando por el rotomoldeo mediante la utilización del polietileno. Le sigue el sistema de inyección mediante la aplicación de polipropileno con fibra de vidrio. Y como última técnica la inyección a través de espuma de poliuretano flexible. Procesos que rozan los límites de las técnicas y que nos permiten desarrollar piezas innovadoras, resistentes y de calidad.

We have made a range of internal improvements, such integrating Navision into our website, using injection robots to improve injection pieces and adopting programmes such as Power BI to obtain deeper sales statistics analyses. We now have an app that enables customers to order from mobile devices or tablets. We’ve also made it possible to download 2D and 3D files in formats such as REVIT. We have recently implemented Matterport software that allows our new showroom in Beneixida to be viewed virtually. Customers can now get closer to the brand and its innovations without having to travel. PATENTS AND REGISTRATIONS
Our designs currently include various utility models, a patent and about 500 community designs registered with OAMI (Office for harmonisation in the internal market).

Hemos desarrollado mejoras de carácter interno como la integración de Navision y la web, el uso de robots de inyección para perfeccionar las piezas de inyección o programas como Power BI para obtener análisis más profundos de estadísticas de venta. Además, existe la posibilidad de descargarse archivos 2D y 3D en formatos como REVIT, entre otros. he materials used in the production of Vondom products are 100% recyclable. We develop planters with self-irrigation systems designed to save water. We create lighting and illuminated furniture based on saving energy with intelligent LED or DMX LED systems. We obtained our ISO 14001 environment certificate and ISO 9001 quality certificate in 2012. We have made a strong commitment to sustainability in 2020. Our goal is to gradually switch to using recycled plastic on our production lines. We have also rethought our internal processes and the materials used in our promotional and packaging pieces. The first collection in this revolution is Ibiza, designed by Eugeni Quitllet.
Los materiales empleados en la producción de productos Vondom son 100% reciclables. Desarrollamos maceteros con sistema de autorriego pensando en el ahorro de agua, creamos iluminaciones o muebles iluminados basados en el ahorro energético con sistema inteligente LED o LED DMX. Obtuvimos nuestro certificado del medio ambiente ISO 14001 y de calidad ISO 9001 en el año 2012. Para este año 2020 apostamos fuerte por el concepto de sostenibilidad. Vamos a emplear poco a poco material reciclado del mar en nuestras líneas de producción, además de revisar nuestros procesos internos y los materiales utilizados en nuestras piezas promocionales y de packaging. La colección que dará comienzo a esta revolución será Ibiza, diseñada por Eugeni Quitllet.

by Marcel Wanders Vondom’s Suave collection features pieces designed for use both inside and outside the home. These designs are the result of a collaboration with world-renowned design studio Marcel Wanders. They also represent a step in the company’s history towards introducing a new production method known as polyurethane injection. This new technique is remarkable for its incredible strength and for combining materials, textures and fabrics in a way that brings the sophistication and elegance of indoor furniture to outdoor spaces like terraces and gardens.

Vondom has reinvented itself through meticulous manufacturing overseen by more than 20 specialists who worked closely with Marcel Wanders to realise his dream: blurring the boundaries of design. Pieces in the collection include a modular sofa, puffs and stylish planters, available in three different sizes.

Esta nueva técnica destaca por su increíble resistencia y la combinación de materiales, texturas y tejidos que permiten replicar la sofisticación y la elegancia del mobiliario de interior en ambientes de exterior como terrazas o jardines. amón Esteve takes his inspiration from flexible new technologies to design a versatile collection that coexists with spaces while adapting to them. This is due to its modular capacity, a feature that allows the creation of varied sofa structures. The versatility of the pieces is borne out by their adaptability to different uses. The upholstery, made in independent modular partitions, allows for various shapes that maintain visual continuity at all times. The collection’s composition, centred on injected

polyurethane with an internal metal structure and polypropylene fabrics, gives Tablet a carefully crafted aesthetic and elegant finishes that work both indoors and out.
Ramón Esteve se inspira en las nuevas tecnologías y su flexibilidad para diseñar una colección versátil que convive en el espacio y al mismo tiempo se adapta al mismo. Esto se debe a su capacidad modular, una característica que le permite crear variadas estructuras de sofás. La versatilidad de las piezas se hace patente a través de su adaptabilidad a diferentes usos. La tapicería, confeccionada mediante particiones modulares independientes, permite generar variadas formas que mantienen siempre una continuidad visual.
La composición de la colección, centrada en la espuma de poliuretano inyectada con estructura metálica interna y textil de polipropileno, hace de Tablet una pieza de cuidada estética y elegantes acabados que encajan en espacios de interior y exterior.

by Eugeni Quitllet What is love? It is such a broad concept that everyone understands it differently. For Vondom, love is design. It's what we are passionate about and guides us towards a better version of ourselves. Motivated by this feeling, we wanted to continue improving. Now, after a creative working relationship with Ibiza designer Eugeni Quitllet, we are pleased to present Love, a collection inspired by that concept, a feeling that involves body and soul, invisible to the human eye, but the perfect embellisher of everything that surrounds us. The polypropylene injection manufacturing technique gives each piece its own personality through simple, curved silhouettes, which fit together organically and naturally. hose crazy twenties. “Something new - something extraordinary and beautiful and simple and intricately patterned”, said F. Scott Fitzgerald about his aims for the novel he was about to write. The Great Gatsby was born in an age of prosperity, parties and excess. They called it The American Dream. The Gatsby collection, designed by Ramón Esteve for Vondom, harks back to Art Déco lighting. The lamp is born from the idea of creating an enveloping atmosphere with a suggestive play of lights, achieved through the surface of the piece, where the material reproduces the shapes and sensations of engraved glass.

Injection moulding gives the Voxel chair a unique angular, faceted shape. This technique distributes the weight uniformly, making the piece lighter and easier to transport and store. Its stackability adds a level of innovation to the design. The chair is ideal for dining rooms, meeting rooms,

ixel, designed by Ramón Esteve for Vondom, is inspired by those small elements of colour that combine to form an image. The idea is to relate the piece to the multitude of possible results that pixels offer. The Pixel sofa comprises three independent modules that allow for countless shapes: from linear sofas and chaises longues to corners and even a bed.
The main characteristic of Pixel is its low sitting position, designed for a more intimate use that links the piece to chill-out zones. Manufactured using the rotational moulding technique, its versatility is enhanced through upholstery, available in a variety of fabrics and finishes that can be combined.
This alludes again to the name and to those dots of colour that create three-dimensional images and shapes in different combinations.
La colección Pixel, diseñada por Ramón Esteve para Vondom, se inspira en los pequeños elementos de color que conforman una imagen, buscando relacionar la pieza con la multitud de resultados posibles que se generan en función de su disposición. El sofá Pixel está compuesto por tres módu-

esigned by Ramón Esteve for Vondom, the main feature of the Moon daybed is its circular shape and the rotating system it rests on, allowing the piece to rotate on its own axis. Articulated through two semi-spheres, the base is made of rotation moulded polypropylene with optional LED backlighting, while the canopy is made with a twisted cord of the same material.
Air and sunlight filter through the system, generating a space that invites relaxation and makes Moon an ideal piece for leisure or chill-out atmospheres. Marquis, the new table lamp designed by Estudi{H}ac for Vondom, takes its inspiration from the characteristic geometric pattern inspired by folded paper moulds to develop pleated fabrics, creating a new skin of textures formed by simple PMMA triangles. Light plays across these forms, creating an interplay of shadow and light transmitted onto surfaces and projecting a world of textures reminiscent of pleated fabric. Concern for the planet, the environment, poverty, gender inequality, pollution, climate change and other issues are taking centre stage in society. Brands have no option but to understand their customers thoroughly and establish links with them. Consumers now value sustainable companies and, due to the basic principle of supply and demand, must take positive steps towards a greener future. What does this mean for brands? This is our first collection created from recycled plastic recovered from the Mediterranean Sea. These pieces were designed by Eugeni Quitllet, who was inspired by his childhood in Ibiza, an idyllic natural environment. We joined with him to launch a unique line comprising wave-shaped pieces that recall seashells.

The Africa collection continues to grow. Obtenemos este elegante tono negro a través de la colaboración junto a distintas cofradías de pescadores del Mediterráneo, los cuales recogen las redes de pesca del mar. Posteriormente las reutilizamos con la ayuda de empresas transformadoras que convierten las redes en una materia prima reciclada y de calidad.
We’ve obtained this elegant black tone by collaborating with various fishermen’s associations in the Mediterranean, which collect fishing nets from the sea. We then reuse them with the help of other companies that convert the nets into a high-quality recycled raw material.

We work closely with companies that specialise in the collection and recovery of plastics from the Balearic Islands and Ibiza. Working with other companies, we then transform these resources into quality raw materials, obtaining a recycled plastic in two soft tones.

THE WORLD
InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland is located on the wall of an old quarry in the She Shan mountain range. It is considered a wonder of the world because it is the world’s deepest hotel and offers some underground suites with views of a 10-metre deep aquarium. Complete integration with the surrounding environment is one of its great objectives. Vondom worked with the Cheng Chung Design studio to ensure this symbiosis, with design that further reinforces the hotel’s sculptural and expressive form. The collections we selected were Faz and Ulm by Ramón Esteve, Mora by Javier Mariscal and Fiesta de Archirivolto Design. InterContinental Shanghái Wonderland está situado sobre la pared de una antigua cantera en la cordillera She Shan. Es considerado una maravilla en el mundo por ser el hotel más bajo del mundo y además ofrecer parte de sus suites sumergidas bajo tierra, con vistas a un acuario de diez metros de profundidad. La completa integración con la naturaleza que le rodea es uno de sus grandes objetivos. Desde Vondom hemos cooperado junto al estudio Cheng Chung Design para asegurar esta simbiosis mediante una decoración que refuerza aún más si cabe la forma escultórica y expresiva del hotel. Las colecciones que seleccionamos son Faz y Ulm de Ramón Esteve, Mora de Javier Mariscal y Fiesta de Archirivolto Design.
Casa Herrero Barcelona (Spain)
Year: 2019 Architect: 08023 Architects Furniture: Rest & Wing
Its structure, which looks like a single concrete block, resulted from converting an old house located in one of Barcelona’s most exclusive areas. A spectacular garden covering more than 500 m2 promotes a perfect symbiosis between interior and exterior. Vondom fitted this Mediterranean-inspired space out with the A-cero Rest collection – a minimalist, avant-garde design that fits naturally into the architecture of the house. Su estructura, similar a un único bloque de hormigón, ha sido resultado de reconvertir una antigua casa situada en una de las zonas más exclusivas de Barcelona. Un espectacular jardín de más de 500 m2 favorece la perfecta simbiosis entre interior y exterior. Un espacio de inspiración mediterránea que Vondom decora con la colección Rest de A-cero. Un diseño minimalista y de vanguardia que encajan con naturalidad en la arquitectura del espacio.
Matisse Beach Club Scarborough, Perth (Australia) Year: 2014 Architect: Jenlin Chia Furniture: Adan, vertex, Frame & Faz
We furnished the luxurious Matisse Beach Club in Perth, a fusion of glamour and design in a prime location, the paradisiacal Scarborough Beach. Created by Jenlin Chia and her team of architects, Oldfield Knott, the club is equipped with the latest technology, swimming pools, lounges and other elements. The colourful decor contrasts with the simple white Vondom pieces, including Teresa Sapey’s Adan tables and stools, Karim Rashid’s Vertex chairs, as well as sun loungers, lamps and stools from the Ramón Esteve’s Frame and Faz collections. Amueblamos el lujoso Matisse Beach Club de Perth, una fusión de glamour y diseño en una ubicación privilegiada, la paradisíaca playa de Scarborough. Creado por Jenlin Chia y su equipo de arquitectos Oldfield Knott, el reciento está equipado con la última tecnología, piscinas, salones, entre otros elementos. La colorida decoración contrasta con las blancas y sencillas piezas Vondom que incluyen mesas y taburetes Adan de Teresa Sapey, sillas Vertex de Karim Rashid, así como tumbonas, lámparas y taburetes de las colecciones Frame y Faz de Ramón Esteve.
Rooftop Office Ra’anana (Israel)
Year: 2020 Furniture: ULM, Stones, Africa, Frame, Jut & Kes
The rooftop area adjacent to the company’s offices located in Ra’anana extends over 900 m2, divided into two areas: a public space designed for those working in the building and a private space for others working in the adjoining offices. A partially closed pergola was installed in the private area, with wooden beams to help soften the sunlight, creating a space for workers to enjoy the outdoors. A range of Vondom furniture pieces was installed here to create an escape area for short breaks. El área de la azotea adyacente a las oficinas de una compañía, ubicada en Ra’anana, se extiende sobre una superficie de más de 900m2 que han sido distribuidos en dos zonas: una pública pensada para los profesionales de todo el edificio y otra privada para aquellos de las oficinas contiguas. En esta última se ha construido una pérgola que está parcialmente cerrada con vigas de madera para suavizar la luz solar y al mismo disfrutar al aire libre. Es aquí donde se han instalado varias opciones de mobiliario Vondom con la intención de que está sea un “área de escape” en la que hacer un breve descanso.

Inspired by historical artifacts and stemming from a love of innovation, his space inspires creativity and cultivates comfort. Vondom’s furniture is on the terrace, among which stand out the sofa of the Vela collection and the chairs of the Stones collection with which it has managed to create a versatile space, which is suitable for breakfast, eating , have a cocktail or just relax.

A luxury mansion in the rural area of La Palma, 500 m above sea level. It is a 230 m2 space, with four bedrooms, a swimming pool, gardens and magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. Vondom reinforced the contrast between classic and modern styles with the Suave, Surf and Bloom collections in red tones.

Diego Portales University Santiago (Chile) Year: 2014 Architect: Universidad Mayor Furniture: Stones
The Diego Portales University, also known as UDP, is a private university founded in Santiago de Chile in 1982. Its classroom building is marked by its timeless architecture, characterised by a linear succession of tiered concrete beams that form six levels connected through an illuminating central opening. Stones furniture by Stefano Giovannoni and Elisa Gargan reduce the visual load, breaking up the design with delicate silhouettes and shades of red and creating a warmer, more dynamic environment.
La Universidad Diego Portales, también conocida como UDP, es una universidad privada chilena fundada en Santiago de Chile en 1982. Su aulario destaca por una arquitectura atemporal, caracterizada por una sucesión lineal de vigas de hormigón dispuestas de forma escalonada que conforman 6 niveles interconectados a través de un vacío central que los ilumina. Los conjuntos de muebles Stones de Stefano Giovannoni y Elisa Gargan reducen la carga visual, rompiendo el diseño con siluetas delicadas y colores rojizos. Se logra un entorno más cálido y dinámico.

A way to enjoy the Caribbean islands with family in this elegant and exotic villa. The house, designed for a maximum of 24 people, is characterised by its wide, open spaces. Thanks to the symbiosis with the Vondom furniture, the project manages to highlight the house’s unique design, making it a heavenly paradise.
Una forma de disfrutar en familia de las islas caribeñas gracias a esta elegante y exótica Villa. La vivienda, pensada para un máximo de 24 personas, se caracteriza por sus extensos y diáfanos espacios. Un proyecto que, gracias la simbiosis con el mobiliario Vondom, consigue resaltar su diseño singular convirtiéndose en un refugio paradisíaco.
Casa HHCR Modena (Italy)
Year: 2020 Furniture: Wall Street
This country house is located on the banks of the Tresinaro stream; the building is on the green lawn of the Po valley, defining an empty space through architecture. The residential project is characterised by its minimalist and modern style that is evident in every space of the house. The porch, as a solar diaphragm and jasmine canopy, configures the open-air extension of the living room, which is attached to the kitchen, where the Vondom furniture has been placed.
Esta casa de campo se ubica a orillas del arroyo Tresinaro, el edificio se encuentra en el verde del valle del Po, definiendo un espacio vacío a través de la arquitectura. El proyecto residencial se caracteriza por un estilo minimalista y moderno. El porche, como diafragma solar y dosel de jazmín configura la extensión al aire libre de la sala de estar que se encuentra unida a la cocina, lugar en donde se ha emplazado el mobiliario de Vondom.
Morpheus Hotel Macao (China) Year: 2018 Architect: Zaha Hadid Furniture: Vertex
Geometry in its purest form. The Morpheus Hotel in Macau was designed by Zaha Hadid studio and is notable for its three openings and twisted facade. The building is the world’s first free-standing, high-rise exoskeleton that, with its geometrical structural grid, needs no internal pillars or load-bearing walls, allowing greater flexibility when creating interior spaces. The hall is right in the centre of the hotel, furnished with Karim Rashid’s Vertex chairs, pieces whose faceted shapes fit perfectly with the aesthetic requirements of the hotel. Geometría en estado puro. El hotel Morpheus de Macao está diseñado por el estudio de Zaha Hadid y está marcado por sus tres orificios y su retorcida fachada. El edificio es el primer exoesqueleto de gran altura con forma libre del mundo que, con su retícula geométrica estructural, no necesita pilares ni muros de carga internos, permitiendo una mayor flexibilidad en la creación de espacios interiores. Justo en el centro del hotel se sitúa el hall, amueblado con las sillas Vertex de Karim Rashid, piezas que por sus formas facetadas encajan perfectamente con los requisitos estéticos del hotel.
51 Sky Bar Cartagena (Colombia) Year: 2019 Furniture: Wing, Frame, Blow & Vela
The 280 m2 Sky Bar is located on the 51st floor and holds between 170 and 250 people. A spectacular, modern, cutting-edge tower set in exclusive surroundings with an extraordinary atmosphere give this complex the best views in Cartagena. It’s notable for its avant-garde decor in which Vondom played a leading role by supplying the Wing, Frame, Blow and Vela Daybed collections. The contemporary design makes this bar one of the most magnificent places in the coffee country. A space with a panoramic, 360-degree views over the city is undoubtedly the ideal place for contemplation and complete relaxation. En el piso 51 se sitúa el Sky Bar, que cuenta con un área de 280 m2 y una capacidad de entre 170 y 250 personas. Una espectacular torre moderna y vanguardista con un entorno privilegiado y una atmósfera extraordinaria hacen de este complejo el local con mejores vistas de Cartagena. Marcado por una decoración vanguardista en la que Vondom juega un papel destacado con las colecciones Wing, Frame, Blow y Vela Daybed. También por un diseño de carácter contemporáneo que hacen de este bar uno de los lugares más magníficos del país cafetero. Un espacio con una vista panorámica de 360 grados sobre toda la ciudad, sin duda un lugar idóneo de contemplación y relax absoluto.
Riba Excorchada Terrace El Tarter (Andorra) Year: 2016 Furniture: Blow, Kes, moma & Solid
The village of El Tarter hosts the Grandvalira ski station, designed for the most extreme winter sports. Here, the Riba Excorchada, furnished with Vondom exterior design collections, has become a well-known apres ski meeting point, with its range of concerts and parties in a dreamy ambience, surrounded by snow-capped mountains. En el pueblo El Tarter se encuentra la estación Grandvalira, diseñada para practicar las vertientes más extremas de los deportes de invierno. Aquí se emplaza la terraza Riba Excorchada, amueblada con colecciones de diseño exterior Vondom, que se ha convertido en un reconocido punto de encuentro chill out del Apres Ski, gracias a su variado programa de conciertos y fiestas en un ambiente de ensueño, rodeado por montañas nevadas.
Casa La Roca Morelia (Mexico) Year: 2019 Architect: Rrz Arquitectos Furniture: Voxel, Stones, Bye Bye, Doux & Faz
Casa la Roca is a luxurious, ambitious project located in Morelia, Mexico. Its construction involved the architectural challenge of integrating the house harmoniously into a complex natural environment – mountains of solid rock. To achieve this, two levels were built on stone while the third is suspended on a wall-column. The visual result simulates a suspension, as if the house were floating on air. Vondom has collaborated in this commitment to sustainability and elegance with several of our collections distributed throughout the house. Voxel by Karim Rashid adorns the large central dining room and the terrace with its stunning panoramic views. A large gym and four bedrooms are divided by a space furnished with a sofa, armchair and coffee table from the Stones collection. Pedestrian areas such as the hallways have been fitted out with flowerpots from the Bye collection. Our work is also found in the garden area with the Faz modular sofa by Ramón Esteve, the Agatha collection from the renowned designer and Doux by Karim Rashid.

Casa la Roca es un lujoso y ambicioso proyecto ubicado en Morelia, México. Su construcción ha supuesto un reto arquitectónico al lograr integrar en perfecta armonía la vivienda en un complejo entorno natural, montañas de roca sólida. A fin de lograr este efecto, dos niveles han sido construidos sobre la piedra mientras que el tercero se suspende sobre un muro-columna. El resultado visual simula una suspensión, como si la casa flotase en el aire. Desde Vondom colaboramos en esta apuesta por la sostenibilidad y la elegancia con varias de nuestras colecciones distribuidas en áreas diferenciadas. Voxel de Karim Rashid embellece el gran comedor central, así como la terraza de impresionantes vistas panorámicas. Un amplio gimnasio y 4 habitaciones se dividen por un espacio amueblado con un sofá, butaca y coffee table de la colección Stones. Zonas de paso como los pasillos han sido provistos de maceteros de la colección Bye Bye. También estamos presentes en la zona ajardinada con el sofá modular Faz de Ramón Esteve, la colección Agatha de la reconocida diseñadora y Doux de Karim Rashid.

Karim Rashid, who created the “sensual minimalism” concept based on the human body, redefines the Cancun skyline with a spectacular 430-room superstructure marked by sensual curves and bright colours. Vondom has contributed pieces from the Voxel, Vlek, Wing, Rest and Surf Lounger collections, distributed through the swimming pool area, the spa, the bedrooms and the resort’s seven restaurants.
Karim Rashid, el creador del concepto del “minimalismo sensual” inspirado en el cuerpo humano, redefine el horizonte de Cancún con una espectacular superestructura de 430 habitaciones de sensuales curvas y colores brillantes. Vondom has transferred its passion for design into the Putian a+ Family Restaurant. The Africa and Pedrera collections designed by Eugeni Quitllet are the nexus of a union in a space that is a work of art in itself, thanks to its rich yet sober decor, combining bright and discreet tones and a style that embraces both tradition and modernity. The Vondom commissioned chairs are a versatile solution that has transformed this chameleon-like restaurant into an artistic and functional environment.
Vondom traslada su pasión por el diseño al restaurante Putian a+ Family. Las colecciones Africa y Pedrera diseñadas por Eugeni Quitllet son el nexo de unión en un espacio que es una obra en sí misma, gracias a una rica, pero sobria decoración, a unos tonos brillantes a la par que discretos y a un estilo que batalla entre la tradición y el modernismo. De esta forma, las sillas contract de la marca española son una solución versátil que han transformado a este restaurante camaleónico en un ambiente artístico y funcional.

The W hotel in Shanghai is located between the Suzhou Creek and the Huangpu River, in the “Bund” area, from where you can see all Pudong’s skyscrapers. Its electrifying design is the result of combining modern influences with traditional Chinese culture. This means neon lights, pagodas, gardens and, of course, Vondom pieces. A perfect combination. El hotel W de Shanghai se encuentra ubicado entre el arroyo de Suzhou y el río Huangpu, es decir, en la reconocida zona del “Bund” desde donde se pueden ver los rascacielos de Pudong. Su electrizante diseño es resultado de comunicar influencias modernas con aquellas más históricas en la cultura china. Neón, pagodas, lujo, jardines y, sobre todo, piezas Vondom. Una combinación perfecta.

This spectacular hotel is located at the top of the volcanic caldera near the traditional village of Oia. Its design draws on Greek architecture, looking for a natural symbiosis with the surrounding historical and natural environment. Its structure and shape are simple, consisting of a small reception, 16 rooms with swimming pool, a restaurant, and a spa and gym area. Mediterranean inspiration is evident in each one of its decorative elements. Vondom has fitted out the minimalist spaces with collections such as Lava by Karim Rashid, Ulm bed by Ramón Esteve and Stones tables by Stefano Giovannoni.
Este espectacular hotel está ubicado en la parte superior de la caldera volcánica situada en la tradicional villa de Oia. Su diseño se nutre de la arquitectura griega, buscando una simbiosis natural con el entorno que le rodea, tanto histórico como paisajístico. Su estructura, como su forma, es simple, componiéndose de una pequeña recepción, 16 habitaciones con piscina, un restaurante y una zona de spa y gimnasio. La inspiración mediterránea se percibe en todos y cada uno de sus elementos decorativos. Como no podría ser menos, Vondom decora los minimalistas espacios con colecciones como Lava de Karim Rashid, ULM bed de Ramón Esteve o las mesas Stones de Stefano Giovannoni.

Luxury House Beverly Hills (USA) Year: 2014 Furniture: Faz
Hal Levitt 50’s House, is a project created by Jendretzki architecture, located in Beverly Hills city, California. The area is over 5000sf which has been reformed recently. Partitions were replaced with shelving units to open and connect all spaces. En the outdoor space, it surprises us by an illuminated pool with fibreoptic stars. New solar photovoltaic panels provide power, water heating panels heat the pool, thus permitting an efficient consume. The Faz Collection by Ramón Esteve complements the wide and panoramic terrace. Hal Levitt 50’s House, es un proyecto creado por el estudio de arquitectura Jendretzki, ubicado en la ciudad de Beverly Hills, California. Cuenta con un área de más de 5000 m reformada recientemente. En el exterior, nos sorprende una piscina iluminada por multitud de estrellas creadas a través de fibra óptica. Los paneles solares fotovoltaicos proporcionan la energía y el agua que calienta la piscina, permitiendo así un consumo eficiente. La colección Faz by Ramón Esteve complementa la amplia y panorámica terraza.
JSWB Showroom Shanghai (China)
Year: 2020 Furniture: Suave, Africa, Mari-sol & others
We continue our expansion into China, this time at the famous JSWB Imported Furniture Pavilion located in the heart of Shanghai. The leading furniture mall in the country consists of a 33,000 m2 exhibition area hosting 95 high-end global brands. Vondom has 200 m2 to showcase its latest innovations, such as the Suave collection designed by Marcel Wanders. Also on display are best-selling pieces such as the Stones range, the Surf deck chair and the Adan nano planter, along with a new range of commission products, including collections by Eugeni Quitllet, such as Africa chairs, the Wall Street range and the Mari-sol table. All this is complemented by planters whose vegetation brings life to the space and creates complete harmony between its forms and colours. This is a meeting point for lovers of design, decorators and industry professionals looking for the latest market news or simply to delight in creative proposals.
Continuamos nuestra expansión en China, esta vez le toca el turno al famoso JSWB Imported Furniture Pavillion situado en el corazón de Shanghái. El mall de mobiliario referente del país, compuesto por un área de exhibición de 33.000 m2 y 95 marcas globales de primer nivel. Una selección entre las que se encuentra Vondom con una superficie de 200 m2 en donde presenta sus últimas novedades como la colección Suave diseñada por Marcel Wanders. También están expuestas piezas best seller como Stones, la tumbona Surf o Adan nano planter, junto con los nuevos productos diseñados para ¨contract¨ entre los que destacan colecciones creadas por Eugeni Quitllet como las sillas Africa, Wall Street o la mesa Mari-sol. Todo ello complementado con macetas cuya vegetación dota al espacio de vida y de una completa armonía entre las formas y los colores. En definitiva, un punto de encuentro para amantes del diseño, decoradores y profesionales del sector que buscan conocer las últimas novedades del mercado o simplemente, deleitarse con creativas propuestas.

A 100% Valencian project, combining beach, sun, sea, pool, entertainment and music with a varied culinary offering for all tastes and ages in what’s said to be the best beach club on the Mediterranean. The Sabinas, Africa, Mari-sol, Vases and Ulm collections by Vondom decorate the Sky Bar on the restaurant´s rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the best views of the whole complex and feel the sea breeze.
Un proyecto 100% valenciano que combina playa, sol, mar, piscina, ocio y música con una variada oferta gastronómica para todos los gustos y edades en el que está llamado a ser el mejor Beach Club del Mediterráneo. Las colecciones Sabinas, África, Marisol, Vases y Ulm de la marca Vondom se encuentran en el Sky Bar, en la terraza superior del restaurante, donde se puede disfrutar de las mejores vistas de todo el complejo y sentir la brisa del mar.
Jiunvfeng Study Mount Tai (China)
Year: 2020 Furniture: Pedrera, Mari-Sol, Rosinante & Wall Street
Conceived as a “suspended cloud”, this white pavilion located in the Chinese province of Shandong functions as a point of interest for enjoying its panoramic views. Designed by the gad · line+ studio, the structure is situated between a canyon and one of five sacred Chinese mountains, known as Tai. The space comprises three parts: a white membrane roof, an open glassed area and a thick stone base.
Concebido como una “nube en suspensión”, este pabellón blanco situado en la provincia china de Shandong funciona como un punto de interés para disfrutar de sus panorámicas vistas. Diseñado por el estudio gad · line+, la estructura está emplazada entre un cañón y una de las cinco montañas sagradas de China, conocida como Tai. El espacio consta de tres partes: una cubierta de membrana blanca, un acristalado abierto y una base de piedra gruesa.

An example of the adaptability of Vondom’s collections. In this case, the brand adorns the outdoor spaces of this luxury yacht. The pieces have been designed in a modern, clean, white and faceted style, creating a luminous atmosphere that breathes elegance.

After starting a year with exciting prospects for the world of design, it is time to reflect, pause and analyse a 2019 that has been full of emotions. It started with our obligatory stops at the most prestigious international fairs, such as Maison & Objet and the venerable Salone del Mobile Milano, where we took the opportunity to present new collections such as Pixel by Ramón Esteve and Suave by Marcel Wanders. Nor can we forget the new approach to lighting with Gatsby and Marquis, two collections that provide a warm interplay of light and shadow.
Our participation at the Habitat 2019 Fair held in Valencia was the perfect scenario to present Revolution, our commitment to sustainability based on collections made of plastic recycled from the Mediterranean Sea. This is a commitment to the future where we seek to champion change in the design industry that, more than ever, must commit to finding solutions. And there’s no doubt our planet needs solutions. In this context, we couldn’t miss the opportunity to participate in the Climate Summit held at the end of the year. With the Ibiza

collection, we furnished two IFEMA rooms, further reinforcing the goal of the summit and highlighting the importance of the seas and oceans. There was also time to enjoy the special events we organised, such as the presentation of our revolution in collaboration with the Bombas Gens Art Centre, whose social value helped create a dynamic flow between design and culture. A second, no less important event was held at our headquarters, where we presented our new showroom at the Beneixida facilities. We used the evening to
thank our collaborators for their efforts and, most importantly, allow them to share a new milestone in our expansion. We are closing this phase with pride at having been able to share unforgettable moments with our friends and especially for having given another year our best, filled with our passion for design.

REVOLUTION AT BOMBAS GENS
Tras dar inicio a un año que promete ser apasionante para el mundo del diseño, es momento de reflexionar, pausar y analizar un 2019 que ha estado repleto de emociones. Comenzando por nuestras paradas obligatorias en las ferias internacionales más prestigiosas como Maison & Objet o la veterana Salone del Mobile Milano donde aprovechamos la ocasión para presentar nuevas colecciones como Pixel de Ramón Esteve o Suave de Marcel Wanders. Tampoco olvidamos el nuevo acercamiento a la iluminación con Gatsby o Marquis, dos colecciones que dotan al espacio de un cálido juego de luces y sombras. Nuestra participación nacional en la feria Habitat 2019 celebrada en Valencia fue el escenario perfecto para presentar Revolution, nuestro compromiso sostenible basado en la creación de colecciones a través de plástico reciclado del mar Mediterráneo. Una apuesta por el futuro con la que buscamos abanderar un cambio en la industria del diseño que, más que nunca, debe comprometerse a buscar soluciones. Y, con seguridad, nuestro planeta necesita soluciones. En este contexto, no pudimos perder la ocasión de participar en la Cumbre del Clima que se celebró
a finales de año. Así pues, a través de la colección Ibiza, amueblamos dos salas de Ifema, reforzando aún más la meta de la cumbre y resaltando la importancia de los mares y los océanos. También hubo tiempo de disfrutar a través de eventos especiales que organizamos como la presentación de nuestra revolución en colaboración con el centro de arte Bombas Gens, cuyo valor social ayudó a crear una fluida dinámica entre diseño y cultura. El segundo y no menos importante se llevó a cabo en nuestra casa, donde presentamos nuestro nuevo showroom en las instalaciones de Beneixida. Con esta velada quisimos agradecer a nuestros colaboradores su esfuerzo y, sobre todo, hacerles partícipes de un nuevo hito en nuestra expansión. Cerramos una etapa orgullosos de haber podido compartir con nuestros más allegados momentos inolvidables y sobre todo por ofrecer otro año más lo mejor de nosotros mismos que no es más que pasión, pasión por el diseño.

Bombas Gens We introduced our commitment to a sustainable future. Coinciding with the Habitat 2019 Fair, a large representation from the designer, media and culture worlds came to enjoy an evening of jazz and an exclusive cocktail dinner prepared by Michelin-starred chef, Ricard Camarena. The event was held at the Fundació per Amor a l’Árt, whose social value as a benchmark centre of contemporary art helped create a dynamic flow between design and culture. The maritime ambience that involved projections, special lighting, colour and even a central structure that used several of our new pieces, immersed guests in Vondom’s Revolution universe. Presentamos nuestra apuesta por un futuro sostenible. Aprovechando el marco de la feria Habitat 2019, una amplia representación del mundo del diseño, los medios y la cultura se acercó a disfrutar de una velada amenizada por jazz y una exclusiva cena tipo cóctel organizada por el chef Michelin Ricard Camarena. La sede que acogió el evento fue la Fundació per Amor a l’Árt cuyo valor social como centro de referencia en el ámbito del arte contemporáneo ayudó a crear una fluida dinámica entre diseño y cultura. La cuidada ambientación marina compuesta por proyecciones, juegos de luces, colores y hasta una estructura central erigida con varias de las nuevas piezas sumergían de lleno a los invitados en el universo de Vondom Revolution.

New Showroom Against the backdrop of the Habitat 2019 Fair in Valencia, we held an exclusive event at our new facilities, which was attended by a broad range of VIPs from the worlds of design, media and culture. The evening was a pre-opening of our new headquarters in Beneixida, 40 minutes from Valencia. We have a 64,000 m2 space equipped with the latest production technology, three showrooms and 150 staff, all dedicated to design.
En el ámbito de la feria Habitat Valencia 2019, aprovechamos para celebrar un exclusivo evento en nuestras nuevas instalaciones que homenajeó la innovación y a la que asistieron una amplia representación del mundo del diseño, los medios y la cultura. El motivo de la velada fue la pre-inauguración de nuestra nueva sede emplazada en Beneixida, a 40 minutos de Valencia. Un espacio de 64.000 m2 que cuenta con la más avanzada tecnología de producción, 3 showrooms y 150 trabajadores dedicados por y para el diseño.
